I have been thinking a lot about Déjà vu lately, and I had an experience of it this morning, so I thought I might have a spill about it.
Déjà vu’s are an interesting topic. Nearly everyone gets them, but what do they mean? People speak of having a couple in their lives, but myself, I get them quite often.
Trying to think back about it, I've been trying to figure out how many I've had. But I've had literally hundreds throughout my life. Some lasting mere instances while others have lasted a few minutes. It's so weird when it happens, a strange feeling of familiarity. I've wondered if I've seen or done this before, maybe I've seen it in a dream. But it can't be. Whenever I get one, all the people, where they're situated, where I am and sometimes what people are saying just come into play. The ones that last a while are the most intriguing because I've thought to myself, “Another Déjà vu”. Weird stuff.

I've done a bit of spiritual studies over the past several years and I was lead to some interesting ideas. Many people are familiar with astral travelling and even past life regression. If you're one to believe in reincarnation then this will enlighten you. Before every incarnation into this world, or any other world, we write our life charts. We write all the good things and bad things that happen in our life, basically a blueprint of our lives, depicting almost every minute aspect and event in your life. So in a way I guess you can say you're writing your destiny. There's much more to it than that.

But to the point, whenever we get a Déjà vu we're remembering parts of our charts that we wrote for ourselves. This is supposed to be a good thing because it lets you know that you are indeed following the path you wrote. Maybe you're remembering parts of your chart before you incarnated, or perhaps you even astral travelled back to the hall of records to see what else is in store. Either case, I feel Déjà vu’s are a blessing. I worry about those who've never had a Déjà vu in their lives.
Also another thing, there are 2 types of Déjà vu’s that I'm aware of. The first being the one I just explained. The second is more of a familiarity when you go to a place you've never been or have seen someone you've never met before. This type of Déjà vu is something that you have indeed experienced, and most likely it was in another life. Our cell memories retain all the knowledge of our past lives, so it's not uncommon that someone will experience this type of Déjà vu. I myself haven't experienced this for myself, but I've heard many stories from friends who have.

Go ahead and think I'm nuts... Either way, have fun whenever you get them!
